Position: Customer Quality Control


About Us:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to join our team as a 
Customer Quality Control specialist.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough test drives of customer vehicles post-repair to assess quality control and identify potential issues or areas of performance concern.
  • Communicate test drive findings effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure repairs meet customer expectations and company standards.
  • Provide transportation for customers to and from their desired locations, ensuring safe and courteous service.
  • Assist with vehicle pickups and deliveries for service appointments as needed.
  • Retrieve parts and supplies from suppliers when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, ensuring they are properly fueled and maintained.
  • Coordinate with service advisors to streamline vehicle workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with vehicle systems and basic maintenance practices is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify vehicle performance issues during test drives.
  • Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar quality control or customer service role is preferred but not required.

  • State License or ASE certification required
  • 2+ years of Automotive Repair Experience preferred
  • Proficiency with scan tools, iPads, and computers

Postions: Service Advisor!


Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Greet customers and provide exceptional service from vehicle intake to release.
  • Translate customer-reported issues into actionable work orders for technicians.
  • Develop accurate repair estimates and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Repair Orders & Workflow Management:
  • Ensure automotive services meet company quality standards.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our database.
  • Invoice customers for services rendered and ensure all billing details are accurate.
  • Vehicle Check-In:
  • Check in vehicles promptly upon arrival to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Confirm all necessary customer and vehicle information during the check-in process.
  • Assign vehicles to technicians, ensuring smooth transitions in the service process.
  • Cashing Out Customers:
  • Review completed repair orders with customers, explaining the work performed and associated charges.
  • Process customer payments accurately, including cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
  • Ensure proper documentation and receipts are provided to customers.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies or payment-related concerns as needed.
  • Training & Development:
  • Participate in company-sponsored training, certifications, or workshops, which may include company paid out-of-state travel.


Qualifications:

  • Automotive Knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of automotive products, repairs, and parts.
  • Ability to prepare accurate estimates, including pricing, parts availability, and labor.
  • Understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and maintenance.
  • Customer Service & Communication Skills:
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex automotive processes to customers.
  • Exceptional customer service experience to build trust and satisfaction.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technician work orders.
  • Technical & Organizational Skills:
  • Proficiency with computer programs, including:
  • Online point-of-sale systems.
  • Digital vehicle inspection tools.
  • Word processing and database management.
  • Strong organizational skills to schedule appointments, manage records, and oversee work completion.
  • Cashing Out Expertise:
  • Experience processing customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with different payment methods and billing systems.
  • Ability to explain repair order charges clearly to customers.
  • Vehicle Check-In Skills:
  • Ability to manage the check-in process efficiently, ensuring minimal wait times.
  • Attention to detail in verifying customer and vehicle information.
  • Experience coordinating workflow to maximize shop productivity.
  • Education & Experience:
  • Secondary education in the automotive field or equivalent work experience.
  • Commitment to continuing education on new vehicle technologies and repair processes.
  • Other Skills:
  • Basic math skills for billing and payment processing.
  • Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned.
